Huan Tran

Chairman
Huan founded Vitron Electronic Services in 1985. Over the past 35 years, Vitron sustained strong and stable growth due to its solid reputation for servicing the niche electronics market. Vitron proudly maintains manufacturing support for its very first customer. Huan completed the merger of Vitron into Omega EMS in early 2020. Huan maintains key roles and will continue the drive for excellence within Omega EMS.

Chris Alessio

President & CEO
Chris has over 25 years of experience in the Electronics Industry encompassing Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales. He has organized, participated, and led management teams within organizations which have seen significant revenue growth and more importantly increased customer satisfaction. Most recently, Chris was an integral member of the Executive Management Team which grew Hunter Technology to $80M in annual sales and fulfilled a successful acquisition via Sparton EMS in 2015.

Philip Aguiar

Vice President of Operations
Phil has over 18 years of experience in the EMS industry, beginning his career in 2007 with NBS Corp. In his early roles in account management, sales, and program development, he developed a strong foundation in program management, supply chain and manufacturing. He later advanced into leadership positions at NBS, Hunter Technology, and Sparton Corporation.
Since co-founding Omega Electronic Manufacturing Services in 2015, Phil, as Vice President of Operations, has leveraged his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification to drive operational efficiency and business growth. His expertise lies in building teams, implementing lean processes, and driving continuous improvement to support rapid growth. With a data-driven approach, Phil ensures operational strategies align with business objectives to maintain quality and efficiency at every level

Hassan Malak

Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Hassan started out in sales with NBS Design, Inc. in 2007. Hassan was one of the 3 sales managers that increased the revenue of NBS from $15M to $40M in the span of 4 years. With the acquisition of NBS by Hunter Technology, Hassan took the role of Business Development and Manager of Programs where he managed the day to day activities and helped lead a team of 8 Program Managers. He has extensive knowledge in the NPI field, product development. Hassan has worked with Fortune 50 companies and many start-ups. Hassan and Phil started Omega EMS in 2015.

Ian Grover

Vice President of Engineering
Ian has over 20 years of experience in the contract manufacturing industry including hands-on and leadership roles in Finance, Sales, Design, and Manufacturing. He has successfully driven hundreds of projects from design, through prototype, to volume manufacturing. Ian recently held a key Executive Management role with Hunter Technology where his contributions aided in the company acquisition by Sparton EMS in 2015. Ian’s robust foundation provides for exceptional participation and direction as Omega’s VP of Engineering. Ian holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Daniel Tran

Director of Manufacturing
Daniel Tran is the Director of Manufacturing at Omega EMS where he has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth since the company’s merger with Vitron Electronic Manufacturing in 2019. With over 15 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, he played a crucial role at Vitron since 2010, contributing to its revenue expansion and facilitating its merger with Omega EMS. As a key member in pre-production process development, Daniel ensures seamless transitions from prototype assembly to production manufacturing. His leadership and expertise continue to be vital to Omega EMS’s success, delivering high-quality products and innovation in a competitive market.
